WHAT ARE YOUR STORE POLICIES?

WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?

We are open from 10am to 4pm, 7 days a week and we are open on most public holidays. Check our social media for any un-scheduled closing times for holidays or bad weather.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AUSTRALIAN MADE?

Yes, 95% of our products are Australian handmade with 70% made locally on the Sunshine Coast. There are a few items that cannot be duplicated for a reasonable price here in Australia but we explore all avenues first.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we can ship internationally. Please check the customs guidelines for your country of residence, and ask us to provide a quote for international shipping before making a purchase. ** 26/8/2025 Current issues with shipping to the US (tariff related), please contact us for up to date information. 

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ITEMS?

Yes, we make custom signs and home decor items. Please visit the Custom Designs page on this website for more information and a photo gallery.
